And I take it pretty serious when I hire somebody out because I don't want them to mess with their livelihood. They're planning meals and rents in daycare based on what I'm paying them. "Because if you're driving 20 or 30 minutes to customers lawn for 40 bucks, you're gonna you're not making any money. If you're driving 20 3040 minutes to do somebody's five or $10,000 and landscaping job it's worth it you're making money. There's people literally go and do $50,000 jobs and they'll sleep in a hotel room to go finish that job before they come back. I mean, there's people that do million dollar jobs. So you have to find out the law of diminishing returns on a gradient and where does the scale tip so it's the most healthy and profitable for your business. Now sometimes you're going to do inconvenient things when you're getting a business off the ground. Like I said, throwing the mud at the wall to see what sticks. You're going to do a lot of inconvenient shit and drive all over the place and say yes to everything to generate as much activity in the business as possible. But then once you once you really get going then you can kind of cut the fat and narrow back down and be more choosy. You got to get in where you fit in is my favorite thing getting where you fit in." - Keith
